Rebel needs no introduction, they are Australia's market leading and preferred retailer of the biggest sports brands.

Challenge
Our goal was to continue to maintain our close collaboration between Rebel and GrowthOps and deliver another year of high growth. We wanted to go above and beyond our objectives and deliver phenomenal results.
The main objective was to deliver revenue growth and performance YoY and hit specific targets for Traffic, Sales, ROI, Conversion Rate and AOV.

Approach
Rebel briefed us on their company’s requirements and goals. Rebel’s thorough delivery provided us with a clear understanding of how the Affiliate channel contributes to the company’s growth.
We worked closely with our internal creative team to make the ad creative and promotions available to our partner technology platform, Impact. We thoroughly analysed results and key learnings from the previous financial years and presented relevant partner opportunities, which aligned perfectly with Rebel’s objectives, as well as optimisation strategies with existing ones.

The
Result
We achieved great results through strategic media placements and partner recruitment. We were able to maintain an ROI above $10 thanks to a strategic use of base commission rates combined with higher commissions through key events. We took part in major key online partner events such as EOFY, Afterpay Day and Click Frenzy. We also onboarded new partners as we wanted Rebel to have premium exposure across all major and minor Affiliate and partner websites.
